How to commission me
Commissions are currently open!
I take commissions through paypal & Ko-fi. Most communication (e.g. confirming/finalizing commissions) will take place via email for documentation. I am available via Instagram and Discord if that is more convenient (but confirmations, like agreement to payment and completion of commission will have to be done via email).
If I am unable to take your commission at the moment, you will be put on the waitlist.
Read below for general information and prices:
-Currently only taking commission requests for single characters only (maximum one character per commission)!
-If you wish for more than one character to be drawn by me, I suggest commissioning separate pieces or waiting until I expand my commissioning limits :)*Prices are not final, and may vary from the baseline depending on complexity.

By commissioning me (hanyoonz), you automatically agree to the following:
usage
-My commissions are for personal use only. I am currently not accepting any commercial-use commissions.
-Strictly not for NFT or AI purposes
-I may reject commission requests as I see fit.
-I reserve all the rights to the commissioned drawing unless stated otherwise. This means that I retain all copyright ownership and am able to promote myself with the commissioned work.
-The commissioner may not remove my watermark/signature.
general process
-After completing the order form and the commission request is accepted, your order discussion will commence via email. Please do not start a new thread, only adhere to our single email thread.
-Our conversation will start with any information and details you give me, and we'll proceed from there.
-Once your order is confirmed, I will send a payment invoice (please see "PAYMENT" section for more information).
-Average turnaround time is 3-6 weeks
-Timeline is subject to change, and the commissioner will be constantly updated when such changes occur.
-During the production process of the commission, I will send images of the process in stages. You are allowed to request for updates on the commission reasonably.
-Changes/corrections are only allowed to be made during the sketch stage and the flat-color stage. Color changes can be made when I update on the flat-color stage. Maximum two revisions for each stage.
-Extra revisions may be possible for an additional fee.
-Once a commission is approved as complete, corrections may not be made.
-The final piece will be sent in full quality.
-Once a commission is confirmed as finished, our contact via the email thread will end.
Payment & Refund policy
-Payment is currently only accepted via Paypal (USD).
-Full payment upfront. I won't start the commission until I receive payment first. If the payment is not made within 72 hours, the commission will automatically be canceled.
-Listed prices are base prices and are subject to change depending on many factors, which include but are not limited to:
a) complexity of character design
b) complexity of background
c) composition and posing
-If commissioner sets a harsh deadline, additional fees may be charged, especially if date is unreasonable/near.
-No refunds once I start the commission. This implies that if you choose to cancel once I start the sketch process, you will NOT get a refund as the original payment will be taken as your cancellation fee. You may only receive a 100% refund with no cancellation fee if you request prior to starting the commission piece.
